Quartet 515 was formed out of a desire to create beautiful chamber music to uplift the Des Moines arts scene.
As professional musicians, we all have a deep appreciation for chamber music. But despite being in a creative space, we have often felt confined by the constraints of traditional classical music. This led us to form Quartet 515 with the goal of staying true to our classical roots and showcasing music that is fun, accessible, and modern - and sharing this music with our community through public and private engagements.
